The last few weeks haven’t been the best for me. Halloween candy = train wreck. I’ve been sick, the kids have been sick, my husband has been gone for weeks. I’ve been at home a lot. With candy. You get the picture.

I *did*, however, make it to ALL THREE days of muscle work class last week AND my day of kickboxing. Woot! I have also regained some self-control and am kicking candy’s ass. So, while I was up a few last week, I am back down to 215.8. On the right track, headed down, and sitting here typing with my workout clothes on.
