Yep! We're still having a Tworkout! | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


Christmas is upon us, and I know we’re all looking forward to the treats that Santa is going to bring us! AND… what better way to start off the holiday with a great Tworkout™! AmIRight? I think so. So, join me at 8 p.m. Central over on Twitter for a buttkickin’ good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1.) 3 mins high knees while holding weights

2.) 40 squats with tricep kickbacks

3.) Push-ups, as many as you can do!

4.) 2 mins jump rope, 1 min buttkicks with weights

5.) Wall sit, hold it for as long at you can! (Man, I love this exercise.)

6.) Reverse crunches, as many as you can do!
