The Biggest Loser returns tonight! Yay! I must admit, that I’m narrowing my eyes at you Biggest Loser producers, just so you know. We all know what happened the last time ya’ll added a new trainer. (What was her name?) So, producers: PROVE ME WRONG.
Anyway, to all of my tweeps: Are ya’ll ready for a buttkicking good time tonight? I hope so because man, have I got a tworkout ™ for you! So hop on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and let’s sweat while we watch The Biggest Loser together!
1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min buttkicks (while holding weights), 1 min high knees (while holding weights)
2. 40 squats with your heels on your dumb bells
3. Chair dips, as many as you can do (note: stick your legs out straight and switch lifting your leg every five reps)
4. 15 burpees
5. 40 side lunges with bicep curls
6. Plank with hip dips. Get in plank position (on your elbows is more difficult) and dip your hips side to side to the floor. As many as you can do.
