Are your jeans too tight? Well look no further, because next Wednesday, March 2nd, we’re kicking off a brand new weight-loss and fitness challenge here at the Sisterhood! Here are some of the details you’ll need know before we get started:
- Challenge dates: March 2nd – April 13th (a total of 6 weeks)
- Pair up with a bud! It can be your online bestie, your mom, you daughter, your IRL friend, or your husband! Grab a friend, and form a dynamic duo – you can even give your team a funky name (that means only 2 on a team!). If you don’t have anyone in mind, just let us know and we’ll hook you up!
- You do not have to be on a weight-loss journey to join this challenge! We are also planning to have a fitness challenge – The 100 Push-ups Challenge! Short sleeve weather is already here for some of us (don’t be a hater) and on the way for the rest of you, and we need to get those arms looking fine so we can rock the sleeveless tops! Plus, push-ups are an amazing total-body workout, and imagine the bragging rights you’ll OWN if you can do 100 push-ups!
- We’ll check-in every Wednesday, and you don’t have to follow any specific weight-loss plan.
- Our friends from BornFit are sponsoring some great prizes for our winning duo.
