It feels like it’s five million below zero, and the wind my pick my house up and send it off to Oz, but I am excited! Why? Well, because it’s Tuesday, of course! We all know what happens on Tuesdays! It’s Tworkout Day! We watch The Biggest Loser (or whatever show you choose to watch), and get our exercise on! So, if you’ve never joined us before, tune in to Twitter at 8 p.m. Central!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1.5 min towel jump; 1.5 min catch and shoot (Pretend to catch a basketball, jump, and shoot!)

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. Squat hold, hold it for as long as you can

4. 15 burpees

5. Alternating lunges with hammer curls, 20 each side

6. 50 bicycle crunches

7. STRETCH
