Happy Tuesday! Has everyone had a good week so far? I know I have! Who is ready for an awesome Tworkout tonight? I know I am! And you know what? The rumor has it that we even have some prizes to hand out tonight! So head on over to Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a sweating good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. High knees, 2 mins (with weights), Jumping Jacks 1 min

2. 40 squats with tricep kick backs

3. Wide-stance push-ups, as many as you can (If you’re doing the 100 push-up challenge, do 50 bicep curls instead.)

4. NEW EXERCISE FOR TWORKOUT! Turkish get-ups: You start out laying on your back on the ground. Flat. Holding your 10lb dumbbell up in the air above your chest. You sit up, stand up, all holding the dumbbell above your head the whole time, and then you sit back down and lay down. (Let’s try 10 of those)

5. 5 or more burpees

6. Plank hold, hold it as long as you can

7. STRETCH
