Spring in2 Action Weigh-In/Week 4 | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


Knock knock.  Anyone there?  It looks like some of us have lost our get up and go.  In my case, my get up and go has gone up in smoke and flames, heavy on the flames.  The last four weeks have been incredibly stressful and busy for me and dare I say it- the first thing to fly out the window during this time has been my commitment to my health.

Shame on me.

I still get in my 80-100 oz of water, I try to make the best healthy eating choices, and I am continuing with my half marathon training.  However, we all know that stress can play a very big role in weight loss, a lot of times negatively.  Every week when it comes time to weigh in, I let out a big naked sigh and step on the scale.  Luckily, the damage has been minimal but still, this chronic weigher is now stressed out by the scale.

I don’t need anymore stress in my life, thankyouverymuch.

I realize this post is supposed to be a weigh-in post, check-in post, whatever, but my posting track record of late has not been very good.  I gotta get the words out when I can, kwim?  Anyhoo, I’m here to tell you that if you have lost your way (for whatever reason), that we still want you here, we want you to check in, we want you to let us know how you are doing- that is what I am doing.

I love The Sisterhood and it’s some of you very sisters that have helped me most during the last 4 weeks.  I can’t imagine my life without Shrinking Jeans and all of you wonderful people in it.

So talk to me- how’s this challenge going for you?
