Happy Biggest Loser Tuesday everyone! You know what kills me about that show? Here I am trying to be all bad ass and kick your asses give you guys a fantastic tworkout and they go and make me cry. Thanks Biggest Loser, thanks a lot.

That said! Tonight is Tworkout night! Join us on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central as we workout out on Twitter (Tworkout) to the Biggest Loser (or whatever show you may want to watch!)

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 min, buttkicks while holding weights, 5 burpees

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. Squat hold, 60 seconds (do two if you’re up to it!)

4. 2 min towel jump, 1 min frog hop

5. 40 alternating side lunges with bicep curls

6. 50 bicycle crunches
