Tonight’s Tworkout:
1. 2 mins buttkicks while holding weights; 1 min high knees while holding weights
2. 40 squats with tricep kick backs
3. 40 alternating lunges with bicep curls
4. 15 (or more) burpees (Ann, make sure I give you an alternate for this one!)
5. 20 chest flies
6. 50 bicycle crunches
7. STRETCH
