Hey tweeps! (Twitter peeps = tweeps!) Has everyone had a great start to the week? It is a bright and sunny day here in Virginia (*waving *to Lissa in North Dakota; isn’t it snowing there?) and do you know what lovely spring days makes me feel like doing? Working out! What makes that so great is that tonight? Is Tworkout night! If you’ve never joined us for a Tworkout, WHY NOT?! Kidding! Sort of. It really is a sweating good time! Join us over on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and let’s have some fun!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 3 minute dance party! Turn the volume on the TV down, turn the music up and dance! Bonus points if I see photos of embarrassed kids and/or spouses!

2. Squat hold, hold it for as long at you can. (If you’re feeling spunky, do two)

3. 50 (25 each arm) jabs while holding weights.

4. 10 burpees, frog jump for 30 seconds

5. Chair dips, as many as you can do.

6. Russian Twists, 2 mins

7. STRETCH
