OK. Who all was at last week’s tworkout? I think it’s safe to say that we had a BLAST last week. If you weren’t there, well, WHY WEREN’T YOU?! It’s OK (mostly) just make sure you head on over to Twitter tonight at 8 p.m. Central and burn a few extra calories while you watch TV! You won’t regret it. I promise. BWAHAHAHA.
1. 2min buttkick, 1min high knees (while holding weights for both)
2. 40 sumo squats (for extra resistance, hold a weight)
3. 15 shoulder presses
4. 1.5 mountain climbers, 5 burpees
5. Wide stance pushups, as many as you can do
6. 2 min Russian Twists
