torture party never stops! So, find something to watch, hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central, and let’s burn a few extra calories while we watch TV!
1. 2 min buttkicks w/weights; 1 min mountain climbers
2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks
3. Military push-ups, as many as you can do
4. 10 burpees, 1 min wacky jacks
5. 40 alternating side lunges with bicep curls
6. Plankhold, hold it for as long as you can
