Happy Tuesday! Has everyone had a great week so far? I’ll tell ya, I’m excited because tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern/7 p.m. Central, I’ll be joining Subway’s Twitness Party right before our regularly scheduled Tworkout. I would love it if you would follow along! Go here to RSVP!

1. 2 min run in place (with weights), 1 min mountain climbers
2. Wall sit, hold it for as long as you can and make sure your knees are at a 90 degree angle!
3. Push-ups, as many as you can do (if you’re already doing the 100 push up challenge, then do tricep kickbacks)
4. 15 burpees
5. Reverse lunch with knee lift, 25 each side
6. Russian Twist, as many as you can do
