What the what?? How is it possibly August? I don’t know how it is for all of you, but summer is just flying by for me and my family.
August also means that we are officially in our last 4 weeks of our Burst Into Summer challenge. How are you doing with everything? Are you right on target or is it time to buckle down and cut your losses? I know that I have slipped a little in my original goals, but there are still 4 weeks left to adjust and finish STRONG!

This summer has been a real challenge for ME when it comes to desserts…namely ice cream. There’s just something about summer that makes me want to a big vat of the cool, creamy stuff. So this week, your mini challenge is to go an entire week without eating ice cream. Not a single bowl, bite, lick, taste…NOTHING. You do have permission to look at it and smell it, though. You’re welcome.
