Happy Tuesday! I’m excited for a couple of reasons today: 1. It’s Tuesday and I know you all are excited to Tworkout tonight! 2. Good TV is almost back! I can’t wait! Tworking out to new episodes of my favorite TV shows is just the best thing! But in the mean time, we can Tworkout to repeats and have a ball anyway. So, who is with me?! You? Great! Tonight’s Tworkout:
1. 1.5 min buttkicks w/weights; 1.5 min high knees w/weights
2. Wall sit, 60 seconds (if you’re advanced, do two wall sits)
3. 2 min of walking lunges (walk around your living room, house, outside, whatever)
4. 5 burpees, 1 min mountain climbers
5. 50 jabs with light weights
6. Plankhold, 60 seconds (or longer)
7. STRETCH!
