Holy cow! The new season of the Biggest Loser is upon us! Are you guys excited? I fully admit to being apprehensive. I mean, we all know what happened that one season when Jillian wasn’t on the show. What was that other trainer’s name? Yeah. Exactly. This season, we have a celebrity training the peeps, and I’m curious if she can really related to the contestants. I guess we’ll see.

I’m rambling… Let’s get down to business! Tuesday = Biggest Loser = Tworkout, and boy do we have fun on Tworkout nights, right? Right! So, join us on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and sweat while we watch TV!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min run in place, 1 min buttkicks (w/weights)

2. military push-ups, as many as you can do

3. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks

4. 10 burpees, 30 second frog jumps

5. 40 walking lunges

6. plankhold, 60 seconds

7. STRETCH
