1. 1.5 min buttkicks while holding weights; 1 min wacky jacks
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do
3. Wide-stance push-ups, as many as you can do
4. 30 jump squats, 1 min of hot foot (hop on on foot hop foward, back, right, left, repeat. switch feet after 30 seconds)
5. 5 burpees 😀
6 . Russian twist, 60 seconds
