1. 30 sec squat jumps without leaving the floor, 1 min wacky jacks, 1 min frog jumps
2. 60 sec squat hold (or two)
3. 50 jabs with light weights
4. Mystery exercise! (you gotta show up!)
5. Front kicks (or ball kicks), 25 each leg!
6. Plankhold, 60 seconds
