Good morning, friends! How are you?

I know at this point, many of us are at different stages of the couch-to-5K program and that’s okay! Some of us have repeated weeks, or started completely over. What matters is that we aren’t GIVING UP!

I just finished Week 6 yesterday. As in a 25-minute jog. Holy crap! Did I make it all 25 minutes with no walking? Not quite. I had 3 walking breaks… two 1-minutes and one 2-minute. Those hills kill me. I don’t know that I will ever be able to do it without walking a little bit?

I really should try one workout on the treadmill and see how I do, but there is just something I despise about treadmills. They can make a half-hour workout seem like an eternity!

Week 7 calls for THREE 25-minute jogs!! HOLD ME!
