This week’s menu plan includes recipes with short ingredient lists (which I adore) promising to pack a huge flavor punch! If you have kids, they’ll probably adore the Ravio-sange, and I have a feeling the Apple Crockpot Pork Chops will be a huge hit as well!

Monday, 10/24: Apple Pie Pork Chops in the Crockpot – a over the top sounding recipe from Debbi Does Dinner Healthy, who’s been linking up with us here!

Tuesday, 10/25: Lemon Garlic Spaghetti served with some Roasted Asparagus

Wednesday, 10/26: Honey Garlic Chicken – Crockpot

Thursday, 10/27: Ravio-sagne

Friday, 10/28: Leftover Buffet!

Saturday, 10/29: Fall Festival – no cooking!

Sunday, 10/30: Hearty Taco Casserole

For lunches:

California Sandwich – I know it’s Fall already, but this sandwich caught my eye on Pinterest. It sounds absolutely YUMMY and fresh.

Thai Chicken Coconut Soup – I plan to put this soup together one night, and freeze 1/2 keeping the other 1/2 out for at home lunches this week.
