GOOOOD MORNING TWORKOUT-ERS! Isn’t it a lovely fall day? There’s just enough chill in the air to make a nice hot bowl of oatmeal the best start to your morning. National Oatmeal Day is on Saturday, October 29th, but we’re starting the celebration early with Quaker Oats! Here are just a few ways from Quaker Oats that you can celebrate with us!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min wacky jacks, 1 min running in place, 1 min buttkicks (w/weights)

2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks

3. Walking push-ups, as many as you can do

4. 10 Burpees

5. 40 Alternating back lunges with bicep curls

6. Plankhold, 60 seconds

7. STRETCH
