eat so much that we can’t stand it have a few Thanksgiving Day treats, let’s get a Tworkout in, shall we?

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min buttkicks w/weights, 2 burpees
2. Push-ups, as many as you can do
3. Squat hold, 60 seconds
4. 40 jump squats, 1 min towel hop
5. Chair dips, as many as you can do
6. T-stands, 30 seconds each side
