Hi Friends! I hope you’re having a fabulous start to this week! We’re getting really close to Christmas; have you finished your shopping? I know I haven’t. If Santa wants to send me an extra paycheck so that I can finish my shopping up, I’d be grateful. Santa? NO? Ok!

1. 1 min running in place; 1 min frog jumps, 1min wacky jacks
2. Walking push-ups; as many as you can do!
3. 60 second squat hold (or two!)
4. 1 min buttkicks w/weights, 5 push-ups, 1min buttkicks w/weights
5. 40 jumping lunges (if you have knee problems, don’t jump!)
6. 60 plankhold (or two!)
