Did you manage to get your weekly quota of exercise (20 vigorous minutes three times per week OR 20 minutes of moderate exercise five times weekly)? Did you hit some road bumps/blocks? Tell all.
One final thing before I leave you to your task: even though this challenge is over, Christy’s still going strong with the 52 Small Changes challenge over at the ‘hood. Even if you haven’t been following along, it’s not too late to join in and make one weekly change for the rest of the year toward a healthier you.
