It’s Wednesday, guys! Time to weigh in. You didn’t think we were going to leave you hanging did you?
Just because we are between challenges doesn’t mean it’s time to rest on your laurels! We’ve got three weigh ins before the next official challenge starts so let’s get to work!
You’s got to have goals, people!
So, what’s it going to be? How are you going to spend the next three weeks?
Are you going to flounder away because there is no official challenge?
Or are you going to set yourself a mini goal and continue toward your bigger goal of HEALTH?
So. First things first. If you’re a weigher, go get on that scale.
Secondly, set some goals. Three weeks is plenty of time to get something D-O-N-E, done!
