I realize we are between challenges and it would be easy to skip a weigh-in but I’ve been doing that way too often lately and well, that can never be a good thing, right? I’ve noticed my shorts hugging me a little tighter and I just feel heavy so I made the
mistake decision to step on the scale.
What a freakin’ eye opener that was.
I am 100% positive that my scale is broken and there is absolutely no way that I weigh that much. Or maybe I do : (.
So yes, don’t get
lazy lackadaisical about checking in. Do not do what I did- I repeat, do not do what I did. Keep up to date with your progress and don’t ignore the good or the bad. M’kay?
