I have been doing a lot of walking and hiking lately. The picture is from Sunday when I went and did some hiking out at Coffee Creek Park with Katie and Hoss. I liked being out with them because Hoss doesn’t let you stop and rest. He keeps you moving at all times. Tonight, I walked four and a half miles with one friend and then came home and did ten minute circuits on the treadmill, bike and eliptical with another friend for an hour. I’m trying to kick some butt for the Healthy Wage Challenge.
Because I am writing this on Tuesday night, I can’t tell you what I lost this week. I am pretty confident though that there is a loss of some kind. I have lost seven pounds so far on this challenge. I would like to lose at least another seven before it’s over. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. I have lost a total of twelve pounds since the beginning of June. I’m pretty proud of that.
