I’m just a little excited this morning because I get to tell you about something new that I am going to be doing. I’m going to be writing a monthly series for the “older” sisters around the Sisterhood. I know there are some of you out there.
I will be talking about some of the things that are important to us. Just because we aren’t 30 anymore doesn’t mean we can’t be just as fit and healthy as the 30 year olds are. Maybe we just need to approach it in a different way. I know there are some things that we can do just exactly like them. But…I also know that some things are way out of my reach.
I’ll be talking about health and fitness issues. I’ll be talking about sleep and stress. I may throw in some beauty and fashion. I’d like to have some mini challenges for just us. Who knows where my research will take me. I’ll hopefully be able to line up some interviews. I will always be open to any suggestions you may have.

You know, we can’t be young forever and maturity does matter, but what it really boils down to is I’m the “Older Sister” and I might be “Just Old Enough” to give you some great information.
The series will start on December 10 and then run every second Monday of the month after that. I’m really excited.
