Good morning runner lady friends! This will be a quick check-in. How did your week go and are you ready to tackle this week’s runs? Just a heads up that day three of this week includes a 2 1/4 mile straight run (no walking)- eek! I know full faith that you can do it. The mind is a powerful thing so use it to push yourself through those times when your legs want to stop or when you think you can’t go any further- you you can and yes you will.

I can’t wait to hear all about it.
