Nutrition is so important in all aspects of our lives. What we eat has a direct correlation to how we feel, how we look, how well our workouts go, and how we recover from those workouts.
I have always wanted to know what I should be eating/drinking pre- and post-workout. While I have the exercise down pat, I do not have pre and post workout nutrition down. I am doing myself a disservice by *winging it*. While scouring pinterest for inspiration, I stumbled across this *pin*, clicked on it and found the motherload of workout nutrition information. I did not create this graphic, someone else did (credit given at the bottom) but I thought the information was too awesome NOT to share it with ya’ll.
