30 Day Shred Final Check In


It’s the 30 Day Shred final check in. We have 30 long, hard, sweaty days behind us! There is something about Jillian Michaels shouting out commands to you that makes you want to dig your heels in and get it done. Did you get it done? I have a few questions for you.

Did you survive? Let me tell you~~there were days when I wasn’t sure I would survive. I would finish that workout as sweaty as I could be and feel like a bowl of jello. But, I did survive. Jillian wasn’t going to get the best of me.

Did you get all the days in? I missed one day during the month. We were out of state for a wedding and were gone for three days. I was able to do the workout the morning we left and the night we got home. I just missed the actual wedding day in the middle.

Do you feel stronger? You bet I do. There were days when my muscles were crying, but they are stronger now. I love my arms. I have definition in my triceps.

Did you lose pounds or inches? The one thing I should have done was measured before I started. I didn’t, so I don’t know if I lost inches. I’m pretty sure I did, but I can’t prove it. I did lose a couple pounds.

Did you advance to all three levels? I stayed in level 2 a little longer than I should have. I did level 3 for six days. It was hard, baby!!!
