Summer is such a hard time for so many of us to lose weight. After all, it’s summer. There’s always a block party, or a pool party, or a trip to the lake or coast beckoning. A lot of us are doing good to maintain our weight during the summer, much less LOSE weight! But with a little planning and a lot of determination, it is possible to watch that number on the scale shrink during the summer months.

Yesterday was the final day of our Blast Into Summer DietBet Challenge! The final numbers haven’t been verified yet, but *unofficially* we lost over 760 pounds in the last 4 weeks! That’s amazing! I’m so proud of everyone who joined and stuck it out!! I hope you reap the rewards of an awesome payout
We will have another weight loss challenge starting soon – but we’re going to take this next week off for the holiday.
