Good morning, my shrinking friends! How are you this morning? It’s that time of the week where we hold ourselves accountable and check our progress thus far! We are halfway through our current weight loss challenge and you may have started losing some steam, but never fear! We are here to give you that kick in the booty to keep on going strong for the next four weeks!
Go hop on your scale and look at that (hopefully smaller!) number! If you’re a blogger, blog about your week, your progress, and stop back here to share your link. No blog? No problem! Just use the comments below to share your story. Make sure you give your fellow shrinkers a pat on the back or kick in the rear, depending on what they need! Ahem. I may be in need of a few kicks, myself.
Today is the last day of Part I of our Dietbet! I think I may actually WIN this one! Ka-ching! Come to momma! If you participated in the Dietbet portion of this weight loss challenge, you have approximately 40 hours to verify your weigh-in. Once winnings are dispersed, you can then roll them over to #WLBootcamp Part II of the Dietbet! If you didn’t participate in the first half, we still want you to join the second half! The more, the merrier! It officially begins on January 31st and runs four weeks!

This week’s challenge is to REFLECT ON THE PAST FOUR WEEKS! We want you to evaluate what is working for you during this weight loss challenge, and what is not. What can you do to improve? Are you sticking to your plan and keeping your goals in sight? What are you going to do during the next four weeks to make sure you stay on the right path and achieve the goals you set at the beginning of the year?
