It’s been a while since I’ve had much for Toot Your Horn Tuesday, but I finally do. I am pretty happy about it too.

I am finally back on track with my eating and fitness!!! Yay!!! I am tracking with My Fitness Pal again. I do so much better when I am tracking. I am also back to classes. Cardio class twice a week, yoga twice a week and strength class once a week. As often as I can, I am going to do the Saturday morning trifecta of cardio/strength/yoga. I’m also jumping on the treadmill as often as possible.

I have to tell you that I have been a little sore. I really didn’t realize how much I had lost in the months of the foot injury saga. Ticks me off how fast you can lose muscle tone and strength. I’m waiting to not be winded when I run up and down the stairs. I know it will come. Probably just not as fast as it left.

One quick thing….I bought myself a NutriBullet and I absolutely love it. My favorite drink after a workout is some baby kale, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and mango. Yummy!
