Spring Into Action, Week 4 {weight loss challenge}


Good morning, shrinkers! The sun is shining and it’s supposed to be in the SEVENTIES here in North Dakota! SEVENTIES! That makes me happy! There is nothing better than a beautiful day to bring you out of a gloomy funk! I envision lots of glorious evening walks with my kiddos this week, thanks to the warmer temps!

How was your week? Are you shrinking? Are you getting to know your teammates and holding each other accountable throughout the week? I know most times I need that extra little push from my friends to keep me going strong! How are doing with your goals you set for yourself at the beginning of this weight loss challenge?

Mini Challenge

Last week, we challenged you to NOT WEIGHT YOURSELF. All week. No scale. Did you make it? Was it hard or did you find the break in focusing on the numbers refreshing?

This week, I want you to FIND YOUR HAPPY! Is the sun shining? Did you set a PR during your 5K? Did you finally take time for yourself and indulge in a spring pedicure? Tell us about it! The fact that I don’t have to leave the house until this evening! So needed and long overdue!
