It’s October 1st, which means it’s time for a brand new Sisterhood shots! With fall brings a tendency to be a little bit lazy. We would rather snuggle down in our favorite sweats and sit on the couch, than get up an get a nice workout in. Who wants to head out to the gym or go for a run when it’s cold out? Not many people, but we will!
This fall, we will make a point to stay on track with healthy eating, plenty of water and lots and lots of exercise! We have a lot of activities going on here at the Sisterhood, so we will except no excuses—scroll down to see the list.
