Hello fellow shrinkers! Today is Tuesday, so that must mean it’s time to toot our horns. Time to be proud and tell everyone what awesome things we did this past week.
If I hadn’t already written about it here on Friday, I would certainly be telling you all about my amazing 3 Dune Challenge. Climbing the three highest dunes at the Indiana Dunes State Park was awesome, but I need to move on.
How about if I toot my horn about the super physical weekend I had? Yep, that’s it. I did the dunes on Thursday. I walked around Chicago all day on Friday and had over 20,000 steps on my Fitbit. On Saturday, I did a 5k and kept moving all day. Sunday found me chasing after our grandkids and then doing a five mile walk when they went home.
I am still doing T25 with Shaun T. every morning and still love it. I have one week left. The 21 Day Fix is next on my list.
