HELP!!!! I have fallen off the healthy eating wagon and I am having a terrible time climbing back on.

I was doing T25 and doing really well. I got up at 5:10 every morning to workout. I was planning meals and buying good food at the grocery store. Then…things kind of fell apart. Life got in the way.

My daughter almost amputated her big toe by dropping a 50 pound speaker on it. She ended up having surgery and wasn’t aloud to pick up her baby daughter for over three weeks. I would go to work in the morning and leave there and go straight to her house till her husband got home from work. I was getting home around 8:00 at night. We had some other things going on at the same time. We had several deaths. Three in two weeks to be exact. We had just gutted our bathroom the day before the toe accident. That pretty much got put on hold. My husband was spending his days with my daughter, so he had little to no time for remodeling. You get the idea, right? Things were just totally out of kilter.

The one thing I have been faithful to is getting up in the morning to exercise, but the eating has been awful. I’m either barely eating or eating crap. One night I actually had chips and a Mounds bar for dinner. How sick is that??????

Here is what is really sick. I am supposed to be starting the Beach Body 21 Day Fix. I was supposed to start on the November 5th. Has that happened? No way! I have barely figured out how it all works yet.

My new goal is the get it all figured out and start tomorrow. Two weeks late, but better late than never, right? That saying, “You can’t out train a bad diet”, I sure learned that is true.

So there you go. Confession is definitely good for the soul. I feel so much better getting that off my chest. How about you? Anything you would like to get off your chest? Tell us all about it in the comments below. I bet you’ll feel better afterwards. I sure do.
