I don’t know about you, but it’s that time of the holiday rush where I don’t have an extra minute in the day. I keep wishing there was some way to get an extra day or two in before Christmas. I am swamped to put it mildly. But…as I have worked my little fingers to the bone trying to finish projects and help my kids finish some of theirs, I’ve been thinking about the new year.
I really want to keep going on this lifestyle that I have become accustomed to over the last year. Just because I turned 60 doesn’t mean I can slack off now. I want to keep walking at least a mile a day. I want to keep watching what I eat. I want to work out and keep trying new exercises. I want to keep pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I want 2015 to be as good as if not better than 2014.
I hope you are feeling the same way. If you are, I’ve got a little inspiration for us all to think about as we finish all our holiday projects. The shopping, the wrapping, all the stuff that needs doing. This week, I’m thinking about next year. Next week, I’ll start planning for next year. I’m looking forward to next year. I’m planning to make it awesome!
