Step Into Spring Weekly Check-In

0

It’s Wednesday and time for our weekly check-in. Are you ready to Step into Spring? Hop on the scale and check in with us. Is the scale going the way you want? Do you have other successes that the scale isn’t showing? We are here to help you in your health and fitness journey, so be sure to check in with us! We also have a brand-new Diet Bet going on. It started Monday, but there’s still time to sign up if you are needing a fun and encouraging way to help you get ready for the warmer weather! We would love to have you join us, so sign up here!!

Whether you sign up for the Diet Bet or no,t we are here to help you reach your fitness goals this year. We have lots of opportunities available to help you move more. This month we have the 10K -A-Day, Push-up and Squat Challenge, which is a great way to work your upper body, core and legs. I had planned to do the fitness calendar this month, but I had an accident the last week in February, so I’ve had to go easy on my fitness the past couple of weeks. I have been doing a lot of sitting and recuperating, but I think I’m finally recovered, so I’m ready to play catch up on the calendar and start moving more.

We also have the Together We Race Virtual race coming up! Are you signed up yet? Don’t put it off! Registration ends March 18th and you don’t want to miss out on all the cool bling and lots of fun! I’m signed up to walk the 10k, which will help get me moving more before I start training for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day.

This week our small step to a healthier life is to take time to stretch. (The book is available on Kindle Unlimited now, so check it out if you don’t already have this book! It’s a great resource to help get healthier one week at a time!)

I’m really glad this is the change for the week because…..Oh my goodness! I need this sooooooooo much!! And I love this quote:

I’m going to commit to doing more stretching over the next few weeks and see how it helps other parts of my health and fitness journey. Will you make this commitment, too? I believe it will be good for all of us, especially after this long, hard winter. This winter has been rough around here! I know I’ve had it easy compared to other parts of the country, but I’m ready for the nicer, spring weather so I can get outside more! Spring seems to be a great time to focus on being outside more, which helps our entire family become a bit more active. The extra sunlight in the evening is nice, too!

I hope you had a great week getting you a little closer to your health and fitness goals!

xoxoxo,

Ann
