Welcome to March Shrinkers and Shrinkerettes! Are you as excited as I am to flip the calendar to another month with the hopes that maybe, just maybe, Spring is on it’s way? It certainly doesn’t look like it will be in Michigan any time soon, but one can always dream, right?

Now, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, get your booty over to your scale and hop on. Is the number moving the way you’d like? Take some measurements if you’d like as well since we know that number on the scale isn’t the ONLY measure of progress. While my eating has been a bit out of control lately, I’ve managed to make some steps in the right direction. I’ve got my 25k race training plan in full swing – including an 11 mile training run on the TM this past weekend! – and I’ve started meal planning again. I finished up my February push-up challenge with several days of being able to hit 30 consecutive push-ups!
