Looking for a low calorie, quick lunch? How about trying this wrap?
A Tuscan Tuna Wrap

3 ounces light tuna, drained 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup diced tomatoes Dash of salt and pepper 2 whole-grain tortillas

1/2 cup baby spinach

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and wrap in the tortillas! It’s that easy.

1 1/2 pound(s) Market Day Bone-In Pork Chop

1/4 cup(s) honey

1/2 cup(s) fat-free chicken broth

1/4 cup(s) soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp ground ginger

2 tbsp minced garlic
