I am so dang excited to finally see my numbers going DOWN!! It was a rollercoaster week for me! On Friday, I was down 3 pounds, but over the weekend (my 30th birthday weekend!) I gained 6 pounds!! Luckily, I managed to lose all but a very small fraction of that gain again! Phew!
