I stepped on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised with the number that stared back at me. 155.2! I did not gain a single ounce over the holidays. Can I just tell you that’s NEVER happened. Except maybe when I was 7, or something like that. One-fifty-five-point-two. Goodbye forever.

I accomplished my goal of getting to the gym every weekday morning this week! Sweet! That feels pretty dang good! Happy weekend everyone!
