And tired.
And depressed.
I hate winter.
I have been eating everything I know better than to eat.
It’s catching up with my ass.
Today, I regained control.
I forced myself out in -30 degree weather.
To do cardio class.
Then zumba.
Now I have to erase my downward spiral.
Climbing back sucks ass.
I can do it.
Please remind me about this later this evening when my snacking urges hit the hardest? Please?
