I kind of wanted to just skip this all together… but here goes:
Keep in mind that I weighed in after lunch and way later than usual.
And that it’s the week I am always up.
Excuses? Yeah, I have many.
But mostly I have just been eating like crap the last month or so!
I can’t wait for the new challenge in a few days.
