I went to the gym this morning and it felt WONDERFUL!! I had a great workout… 30 minutes on the Precor EFX, 15 minutes on the Precor AMT, and 45 minutes of weights. I am hoping this feeling will be around for the rest of my workouts this week! ;o) Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
