Let’s get straight to it: I’m up 0.2 lbs. SO annoying. I have had the best week. I exercised. A lot. I ate decent. I even resisted ice cream last night. Whatever. Keep calm. Carry on. Shannon wrote this earlier this week, I so relate. Timex – check. Gruve – check. Heading to the gym.
