According to Weight Watchers, my current daily points allowance is 21. Because I’m a nursing mom, I get an additional 10 points per day. I’ve decided to use 8 of those extra points and will shoot for 29 points a day!

I’ll try my best to log my meals in here daily. Some days I might slack, but it’s not because I’m being naughty, just lazy

January 8, 2009 -Total –

Dinner – TOTAL – 13 pts. 1 Schwann’s Personal Pep. Pizza – 10 pts. (I’m still debating whether or not it was worth the points!) 1.5 cups of steamed green beans – 1pt.
