True Confessions Monday (Lisa)

  1. My son is almost six months old and I am down to only nursing him once a day, in the morning.
  2. A few weeks ago when I had to start supplementing due to low milk supply, I was very upset.
  3. Now, I am over it.
  4. He is much happier now with his fuller tummy.
  5. The past few days have been a series of food indulgences.
  6. Once I started, I couldn’t stop.
  7. I had THREE (yes, THREE) margaritas Saturday night.
  8. They were good!
  9. On the other hand, this morning my scale told me otherwise.
  10. Of the past 7 days, I have exercised 4 of them.
  11. Last Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
  12. I am quite proud of myself.
  13. I am not proud of my food indulgences though.
  14. Oh well.
  15. This is a new week.
